Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Product Designer to shape the future of financial crime prevention in a world increasingly powered by agentic AI systems. You’ll create high-trust workflows for analysts, compliance officers, and investigators, transforming complex, regulated processes into efficient, usable interfaces.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to build market-leading products, contribute to design systems, and drive end-to-end design from

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
• Familiar with Spec Driven Development practices and agentic workflows.
• Good knowledge of accessibility compliance (A11y).
• Familiar with Research and prototyping tools along with front end development terms and best practices.
• Deep understanding of design principles and industry trends.
• Expertise in interaction design and information architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design complex, high-trust workflows used by analysts and investigators.
• Turn data-dense processes into efficient, usable interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality and E2E testing.
• Contribute to product strategy and AI capabilities roadmap.
• Facilitate design workshops and discovery sessions with customers and users.
• Own design from research through to delivery.
• Iterate based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a design system for enterprise products.
