Job summary

Sia seeks an experienced Solution Architect to join its AI Platforms team. You will translate business requirements into robust data and AI architectures across cloud, ML/DL, and generative AI domains.

This staff-level role involves working with CIOs, CISOs and engineering leads to shape technical vision and deliver scalable solutions. You will participate in pre-sales, scoping, and proposals while mentoring engineers and guiding production deployments to ensure security, compliance, and cost

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS or related field.
• 5–8 years of solution/cloud architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, OpenAI, Anthropic and NVIDIA.
• Strong cloud architecture patterns across networking, security, compute and storage.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and technical staff.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in the Paris area.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end technical architecture for data and AI projects across cloud, ML/DL and generative AI domains.
• Act as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders, aligning decisions with security, regulatory and cost constraints.
• Lead architecture reviews, design sessions and governance to ensure coherence across workstreams.
• Remove impediments for engineering teams and provide hands-on guidance as needed.
• Oversee the full lifecycle from advisory to MVP to production deployment.
• Ensure production readiness with scalability, observability and cost optimization.
• Support pre-sales by scoping solutions and building technical proposals.
