ixolabs.ai seeks an expert to build and evaluate marketing rubrics and reference answers, and to assess strategy across marketing functions.

You will develop rubrics, diagnose weaknesses in model outputs, and document the reasoning needed for reliable expert grading. The role requires eight years of marketing practice and prior AI rubric work, with leadership progression and about 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of professional marketing experience and prior AI rubric work are mandatory.
• General familiarity with an AI chat tool alone does not meet the rubric-experience requirement.
• Using chat tools without prior rubric work does not satisfy the AI-experience condition.
