Shine is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI-native SDLC Enablement team. You’ll embed with product engineering to build and operate production-grade agent workflows, MCP servers, and tooling, turning AI-native concepts into practical patterns used by engineers.

You’ll own delivery with hands-on platform development (80%), drive adoption across squads, and shape observability, evals, and standards while evaluating new models and tools to raise reliability and velocity across Shine’s

Qualifications

• Six+ years in software engineering with production-focused background.
• Hands-on AI-native engineering: agents, multi-step workflows and context harnesses.
• Experience with eval and observability frameworks for non-deterministic systems.
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD, code review and incident handling.
• Collaborative mindset across teams and strong technical communication.

Responsabilités

• Platform components end-to-end: agent workflows, MCP servers, tooling.
• Hands-on platform engineering ~80%: production code & integrations.
• Drive team adoption: embed with engineering teams and run enablement sessions.
• Produce working references in real repos for pattern adoption.
• Build eval harnesses, observability, and verification for reliability.
• Contribute to standards and frontier research on models/tools.
