Inato, a Tech for Good company, is seeking an AI Engineer to build AI-driven healthcare solutions that impact clinical research and patient care. You will shape AI features deployed across our platform, working with cross-functional teams and contributing to production-grade systems.

You should bring 1+ year of production experience with LLMs, strong Python skills, and the ability to communicate in English and French. There is a remote-first setup with flexible hours and modern equipment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic) in production environments (1 year).
• Proficient in Python and building production-ready code.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English and French.
• Able to challenge product roadmap with a hands-on, product-minded approach.
• Experience deploying AI-based features and evaluating LLMs in real-world settings.

Responsabilidades

• Select and orchestrate models to analyze multimodal data.
• Design and implement cutting-edge RAG techniques for large documents and histories.
• Build agentic systems to improve patient recruitment and site selection in drug development.
• Collaborate with software, product, and data teams to integrate AI into the platform.
• Develop robust, scalable pipelines meeting production-grade standards.
