Job summary

Pigment is hiring in Paris for a senior advisory leadership role shaping strategic finance transformations. You will leverage your deep experience in Enterprise Performance Management and value-based consulting to guide flagship deals and executive workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required; advanced degree and/or professional certifications preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience spanning Finance, Business Value Consulting, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, and/or Finance Transformation.
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and finance processes including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, performance management, and analytics. Experience with AI in Finance is a plus.
• Proven ability to assess complex business challenges, derive data‑driven insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills with ability to engage C‑suite and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success building trusted advisor relationships with customers and executive sponsors.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with the ability to align transformation initiatives to customer priorities and value realization.
• Collaborative leadership across sales, product, marketing, customer success, and executive teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Deal Advisory: support Sales Leaders with value analysis and deal strategy.
• Business Transformation Advisory: lead workshops and develop roadmaps toward transformational planning visions.
• Thought Leadership: build market credibility on AI in Finance and related topics.
• Go-To-Market Acceleration: champion value-based selling and identify expansion opportunities to grow NRR.
• Enablement at Scale: create value assets and empower sellers with scalable tools.
