Doctolib is hiring a Senior Data Engineer in Paris to build scalable data foundations powering AI models. You will design pipelines on GCP, manage NoSQL and vector databases, and collaborate on data schemas, governance, and compliant data for AI training and deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience, with AI/ML workloads.
• Strong experience with GCP data stack: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub.
• Deep knowledge of NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and vector DBs (e.g., FAISS).
• Experience designing data architectures for RAG, embeddings, model training.
• Understanding data governance, security, and compliance for sensitive data.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on GCP for AI/ML.
• Implement data ingestion and transformation for LLMs and multimodal models.
• Architect and manage NoSQL and vector databases for embeddings and docs.
• Collaborate with ML and platform teams on data schemas and governance.
• Integrate unstructured and structured data into unified AI-ready models.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and cost using GCP services.
• Contribute to data quality and lineage frameworks for auditable datasets.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the data stack to accelerate AI experiments.
