Progress Partners is hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer to lead our AI-powered automations for the support stack. You will design, build, and maintain systems that connect LLMs with internal tools and external services, crafting prompts and lightweight UI components.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software or automation engineering experience.
• Hands-on with LLM models (OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering.
• Strong experience with REST APIs.
• Solid HTML and CSS understanding.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript.
• Strong written communication and ability to work autonomously in async environment.
• Ownership, transparency, and results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain LLM-powered automations for support workflows.
• Integrate LLM models and third-party services via REST APIs.
• Design, test, and refine prompts; evaluate model outputs for quality and reliability.
• Create lightweight internal tools and UI components using HTML and CSS.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automations in production.
