GoOpti - Dynamic Shuttle is seeking a senior AI architect to design and lead an agent platform that orchestrates agents across our systems. You will build the first autonomous agents, integrate them with our Java backend, APIs and data stores, and manage ML tools, budgets and evaluations.

You will collaborate with the CEO and CTO, guiding architecture decisions and shaping the AI-native direction while meeting business goals across Europe.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building backend or data systems with 2+ years shipping LLM-based systems in production.
• Strong backend engineering in a large Java codebase and REST APIs.
• Solid data modelling with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Architecture thinking focused on scale, security and GDPR.
• Fluent English in professional setting.

Responsabilités

• Architect the agent platform and how agents integrate with internal systems.
• Build and ship: connect AI to our Java backend, APIs and databases.
• Own the model and token budget, run evaluations and cost assessments.
• Lead one or two contract AI developers and collaborate with backend team.
• Run weekly intake of problems from department heads and establish gates.
