Job summary

Mirakl - Labs seeks a Senior Agent Builder to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems at scale. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, ML, and Generative AI to create agentic products used by Mirakl customers and internal teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect complex agentic workflows, integrate with CRM, data platforms, Jira, and knowledge bases, and ensure reliability and security across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software/Machine Learning or Applied AI.
• Ability to design multi-step agentic workflows and retrieval systems.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems for Mirakl internal operations.
• Integrate AI systems with internal platforms and data sources across the company.
• Collaborate with end users, product managers, and engineers to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and monitoring for AI systems.
• Drive adoption and enablement of AI-powered workflows across teams.
