Ipsen Pharma (SAS) seeks a senior Aesthetic (Ax) Business Partner Director to guide the alliance with its external partner, delivering market insights, commercial leadership, and strategic governance contributions.

The role requires 15+ years in strategy, commercial and operations, strong analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration across global markets, including US, Europe, and Asia. Fluency in English is essential; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across strategy, commercial, and operational leadership roles.
• Significant experience in the aesthetics market with a strong understanding of commercial models.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, interpret financial analyses, and contribute to P&L decisions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary commercial business partner to the Strategic Alliance team.
• Represent Ipsen’s commercial function in external governance bodies.
• Lead or co-lead internal reviews with Dysport Brand Team, Alliance and Finance.
• Maintain accountability for commercial elements of the partnership P&L.
