Odaseva is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a dynamic Finance team of 7 in a growth-driven, international environment. You will oversee accounting operations across multiple entities, ensure accurate consolidation, and drive key transformation projects.

Based in Paris with a hybrid 3 days in office, this permanent role requires deep NetSuite expertise, strong technical accounting knowledge (GAAP, VAT, French taxes), and fluency in English to collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance (e.g., DCG, DSCG, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting role within an international group or fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (CSV imports, FAM module, Saved Searches, and multi-currency/multi-entity setups) is required.
• Strong technical accounting expertise (Local GAAP, closing operations, fixed assets, French taxes).

Responsabilités

• Post bank entries and perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations.
• Manage vendor invoices via digital processing tool, directing them through approval workflows.
• Prepare payment runs, perform accounts payable reconciliation, and manage vendor follow-ups/relations.
• Perform accounts receivable matching and reconciliation.
• Perform payroll accounting entry integration.
• Apply analytical accounting principles across your perimeter.
• Fixed asset accounting, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly closing operations (cut-off entries, accruals, VAT, exchange variance analysis, etc.).
• Prepare French tax declarations (DAS2, VAT, and other local taxes).
• Manage US Sales Tax compliance
• Contribute to monthly financial reporting and participate in the Group consolidation process.
• Ensure daily maintenance of accounting ledgers in compliance with company rules, accounting standards, quality, and deadlines.
• Support annual statutory audit processes.
• Actively lead or participate in high-impact finance projects, process automation, and system enhancements.
• Embrace and drive change to support the scaling of our international finance organization.
