Overview

Our client, an established French business, is in the process of implementing NetSuite across their finance operations. They are seeking a talented AP Accountant with hands-on experience in NetSuite to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is fluent in French and eager to contribute to a major ERP implementation while managing day-to-day accounts payable activities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor management, and supporting financial processes during the rollout.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes in NetSuite
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve queries efficiently
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to support reporting and compliance
• Contribute to process improvements and support the NetSuite implementation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AP Accountant, ideally with NetSuite ERP experience
• Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local GAAP
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-focused environment
