Odaseva, a Paris-based company delivering enterprise data management and security solutions, seeks a senior accounting professional to join its Finance team of seven. You will report to the Senior Director and ensure accounting accuracy while contributing to key transformation initiatives.

You will manage NetSuite for six international entities, participate in group consolidation, and lead or support high-impact finance projects as the company scales globally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance (e.g., DCG, DSCG, or equivalent).
• 5+ years in a similar accounting role within an international group or fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (CSV imports, FAM module, Saved Searches, and multi-currency/multi-entity setups) is required.
• Strong technical accounting expertise (Local GAAP, closing operations, fixed assets, French taxes).

• Manage vendor invoices via our digital processing tool, directing them through approval workflows.
• Prepare payment runs, perform accounts payable reconciliation, and manage vendor follow-ups/relations.

• Apply analytical accounting principles across your perimeter.

Your Role

You will join a dynamic Finance team of 7 people in an environment driven by continuous growth and international development. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, you will play a key role in ensuring accounting accuracy while actively contributing to key projects and transformation initiatives. In this role, you will maintain accounting operations on NetSuite for 6 international entities and participate in group consolidation processes. We are looking for someone with strong technical accounting expertise combined with an appetite for change, eager to drive or participate in major strategic projects within a scaling company.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Treasury Management:

• Post bank entries and perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations.
• Manage vendor invoices via our digital processing tool, directing them through approval workflows.
• Prepare payment runs, perform accounts payable reconciliation, and manage vendor follow-ups/relations.
• Perform accounts receivable matching and reconciliation.
• Perform payroll accounting entry integration.
• Apply analytical accounting principles across your perimeter.

Asset Management, Tax & Group Reporting:

• Perform fixed asset accounting, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly closing operations (cut-off entries, accruals, VAT, exchange variance analysis, etc.).
• Prepare French tax declarations (DAS2, VAT, and other local taxes).
• Manage US Sales Tax compliance
• Contribute to monthly financial reporting and participate in the Group consolidation process.
• Ensure daily maintenance of accounting ledgers in compliance with company rules, accounting standards, quality, and deadlines.
• Support annual statutory audit processes.

Projects & Change Management:

• Actively lead or participate in high-impact finance projects, process automation, and system enhancements.
• Embrace and drive change to support the scaling of our international finance organization.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Technical Skills:
