Jobtailor seeks an experienced finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting for clinics, post journals in Oracle, and support year-end close and statutory reporting.

Fluent French and professional English are required; Oracle ERP expertise is essential. Based in Lyon, you will collaborate with finance teams and external auditors on cross-functional projects, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience in matrix organizations, shared service centers, or audit firms.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP; Oracle Cloud is a plus.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and tax matters for French clinics
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries in Oracle and group reporting systems
• Participate in year-end close activities, the preparation of statutory accounts and tax filings, and audits
• Act as an accounting business partner to clinic managers
• Prepare VAT, CFE, CVAE, and TAS2 tax returns
• Coordinate external accounting providers and monitor the quality of their deliverables
• Contribute to the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax reporting
• Ensure compliance with AniCura Group accounting standards and support the implementation of new policies
• Monitor local regulatory and accounting developments
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with operational teams, finance teams, clinic management, and external auditors

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting within matrix organizations, shared service centers, and/or audit firms
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven experience managing general ledger accounting and monthly/year-end close processes
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP; Oracle Cloud experience is a plus
• Knowledge of French accounting standards and/or US GAAP is highly desirable
• Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in French is required
• Professional proficiency in English is required
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Experience coordinating other accountants is an advantage
