Jobtailor is seeking an experienced accountant to join its European Shared Service Centre in Lyon. You will manage end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting and tax activities for clinics across France and Europe, working closely with finance teams, external advisors and auditors.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, 3+ years SSC experience, strong GL, Oracle ERP (Cloud preferred) and advanced Excel skills, with fluent French and good English.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience in SSC/large matrix or audit.
• Strong GL accounting with month-end and year-end close.
• Experience using Oracle ERP, ideally Oracle Cloud.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent French language skills are essential.
• English language skills desirable.
• Experience with French and/or US GAAP advantageous.

• Own end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting and tax activities
• Work closely with clinic managers, finance teams, external advisors and auditors across Europe
• Support market finance teams, clinic operations, external auditors and accounting service providers
• Ensure compliant and accurate financial reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the finance team

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience gained within a Shared Service Centre, large matrix organisation and/or audit environment
• Strong General Ledger accounting experience, including month-end and year-end close activities
• Experience using Oracle ERP, ideally Oracle Cloud
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent French language skills are essential
• English language skills highly desirable
• Experience of French and/or US GAAP would be advantageous
