Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer relationship, ideally with key accounts.
Excellent written communication with flawless grammar and spelling.
Meticulous, structured, and proactive with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Strong social media understanding; creative thinker; able to translate ideas into actions.
Previous community management experience is a bonus; graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
Fluent French and English; passion for food and working in a dynamic startup.

Responsibilities

Onboard and train customers on the MalouApp.
Understand customers' objectives to guide the relationship.
Maintain regular follow-ups via monthly reviews and daily/weekly communications.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maximize contract renewals.
Lead customers' performance in social media, SEO, and MalouApp usage.
Define restaurant social media guidelines and coordinate with photographers.
Create and schedule social media posts and manage sponsorships.
Monitor industry best practices in social media and reporting.
