Tandem Health, based in Paris, is scaling its footprint across France. We are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will cultivate partnerships with providers, EHR vendors, and payors, while shaping strategic growth across the country.

You will negotiate and close high-value deals, collaborate with legal, product, and commercial teams, and ensure excellent partner success. Travel within France and occasional collaboration with our Stockholm team are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare partnerships, sales, or business development.
• Strong track record of closing strategic partnerships in complex regulated environments with providers and EHRs.
• Deep knowledge of the French hospital ecosystem and local nuances.

• Open doors with provider groups, EHR vendors, system integrators, payors, and resellers to accelerate Tandem's reach.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with cross-functional teams to secure contracts.
• Represent Tandem externally in meetings, events, and conferences as a trusted digital health partner.
• Bring market insights to inform product development, regulatory priorities, and GTM strategy.
• Help build customer success and support infrastructure so partners thrive with Tandem.

About the Role

We're looking for an Senior Account Executive to grow our footprint across France. You'll be at the forefront of introducing Tandem's clinician copilot to providers, partners, and health systems - shaping how we scale across France This is a pivotal role where you'll forge high-impact partnerships across the care ecosystem, from provider networks and EHR vendors to resellers and health insurers. You'll act as a market expert, relationship builder, and operator all in one.

What you will do

• Identify, initiate, and manage key relationships across the healthcare landscape in France.
• Open doors with provider groups, EHR vendors, system integrators, payors, and commercial resellers to accelerate Tandem's reach and adoption.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close deals that deliver strategic value, working closely with legal, product, and commercial teams to get contracts across the line.
• Represent Tandem externally in meetings, events, and conferences, positioning us as a trusted digital health partner.
• Bring the voice of the market back into Tandem, sharing insights that inform product development, regulatory priorities, and local go-to-market strategy.
• Help build the customer success and support infrastructure that ensures our partners thrive with Tandem.

What You Bring

• Proven experience with healthcare partnerships, sales, or business development - ideally in health-tech, med-tech, with familiarity of the hospital ecosystem
• A strong track record of closing strategic partnerships in complex, regulated environments with providers, EHRs, or pharmaceutical companies.
• Deep knowledge of the French hospital ecosystem - from payors and providers to health IT vendors and regional nuances.
• A strong local network and ability to build trusted relationships across stakeholder groups.
• Comfortable navigating clinical, commercial, and technical conversations.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Independent operator with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation.
• Bonus Points Experience working with or selling into EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms.
• Background in medtech, digital health, healthcare
• Familiarity with EU/French regulatory and compliance environments.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments, especially launching new markets.

Location
