Tokyo Electron Europe Ltd. – French Branch in Grenoble seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment on-site, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

You will troubleshoot complex systems, train customer technicians, perform upgrades, and maintain records, with occasional travel to TEL facilities and customers. A technical degree plus relevant experience is required; TEL offers training and educational reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with related experience.
• Military technical training or equivalent may substitute.

Responsabilités

• Installs, services, modifies, and repairs semiconductor equipment on-site.
• Troubleshoots equipment problems.
• Maintains records and reports as required.
• Coordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers to minimize downtime.
• Orders and installs parts.
• Responds to emergency service calls as required.
• Instructs customer operating technicians on system operation and maintenance.
• Performs upgrades and modifications to equipment as needed.
• Remains current on equipment/tools through training and manuals.
• Upholds standards of conduct and safety on customer sites.
