Jobtailor seeks an experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to define secure architectures and implement high-performance networks. You will ensure system availability, drive incident resolution, and enforce PCI/ISO 27001 compliance across LAN/WAN/VPN, with strong monitoring and configuration-management tooling.

Fluency in English is required and prior experience in large international environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must-have: associate degree or equivalent (Bac+2) with 8+ years in firewall administration and network infrastructure in large/medium enterprises
• Strong expertise in LAN/WAN/VPN and wireless technologies
• Experience with Fortinet security technologies and Cisco architectures
• Knowledge of PCI and ISO 27001 data security standards
• Familiar with monitoring tools (Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix) to ensure system availability
• Understanding of NAS/SAN and general system concepts
• Proficient in configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) to ensure consistent configurations
• Professional-level English; ITIL knowledge is a plus

Responsabilités

• Participate in defining technical architectures within security and network scope
• Implement architectures and ensure they meet functional requirements
• Ensure operational continuity at levels 2 and 3
• Analyze and monitor infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues
• Define and execute action plans to achieve target performance
• Resolve infrastructure incidents and communicate with stakeholders
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and propose solutions
• Ensure IT infrastructures comply with PCI and ISO 27001 security standards
• Implement monitoring systems to guarantee proper operation and plan preventive maintenance
• Provide end-user and partner support for security and network questions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and technologies to maximize efficiency
