Alan is hiring a Senior Internal Auditor in France to lead end-to-end audits across Finance, Compliance, IT and Security. You will own closure of audit recommendations, collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Operations, and drive automation with our Corporate team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on internal audit experience across operational, compliance and financial audits.
• Deep expertise in risk management across actuarial, finance, legal, regulatory and security domains.
• Fluent in French and English for cross-geography governance discussions.
• Strong understanding of insurance and financial services industries.
• Sharp legal and regulatory instincts with actionable findings.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills; capable of SQL queries and data tooling.
• Builders at heart, eager to shape differentiated audit approaches.
• Written-first communicator aligned with async collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end audits autonomously across Finance, Compliance, IT, and Security.
• Own and drive closure of a meaningful backlog of recommendations (15-20 items).
• Represent Internal Audit at Audit Committee level when required.
• Co-build next-gen audit tooling and automation with Corporate teams.
• Act as a true business partner and challenger for Finance, Risk, Actuarial, and Operations.
• Independently lead at least 3 full audits and contribute to automation initiatives within the first year.
