CEVA Logistics is seeking a proactive Security Advisory Manager – Head Office to lead the security advisory activities within the cybersecurity team. The role focuses on providing directional guidance, governance, and scalable advisory services across cloud, digital, and enterprise initiatives.

You will mentor Advisors, drive strategy, and ensure advisory outputs align with business priorities and risk appetite while maintaining high technical quality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, CS, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• At least 8 years’ information security experience with advisory, secure delivery and architecture consulting.
• Experience leading or managing security professionals or advisory teams.
• Experience in enterprise/complex environments in a consultative capacity.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs from security perspective.
• Experience with tools like Linear, ClickUp, or JIRA for tracking and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Security Advisory practice at Head Office with strong technical direction and quality.
• Define and drive the advisory strategy across digital, cloud, infrastructure, and data initiatives.
• Proactively evolve Security Advisory to be scalable and design-aware.
• Provide technical leadership to Security Advisors on assessments, reviews, and risk evaluations.
• Act as senior security advisor for strategic or high-risk initiatives, with mitigations.
• Review advisory deliverables for quality, relevance, and alignment with standards and risk appetite.
• Build scalable advisory playbooks, methods, and service catalogue content.
• Manage workload, priorities, capacity, and delivery focus for advisory team.
• Coach and develop Security Advisors and promote knowledge sharing.
• Promote secure innovation and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on threats and regulatory expectations and translate into guidance.
