Job summary

Globeducate International Schools in Paris invites a Biology Teacher to join our international secondary program. You will design and deliver inquiry-based biology lessons, align with curriculum frameworks, and collaborate across departments to ensure coherence.

The ideal candidate holds a Biology degree and a Spanish teaching qualification (Máster en Formación del Profesorado or CAP), with English at C1; Spanish skills are a plus. EU citizenship or a valid work permit is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biology or closely related field.
• Teaching qualification valid in Spain: Máster en Formación del Profesorado or CAP.
• Proven experience teaching Biology at the Secondary level; experience in international or bilingual schools is an asset.
• High level of English proficiency (C1); Spanish language skills are highly appreciated.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.

Responsibilities

• Teach Biology to Secondary students, following national and international curriculum frameworks.
• Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons that promote problem-solving, analytical thinking, and academic curiosity.
• Foster a classroom culture of respect, creativity, and high expectations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary projects, STEM activities, and school-wide educational initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure curriculum coherence and student support.
