Job summary

Globeducate International Schools is seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator to lead curriculum implementation, support teaching and learning, and drive high academic standards across the school. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven improvement and collaboration with staff to deliver outstanding educational experiences.

You will work closely with school leadership to monitor progress, coordinate professional development, and promote safeguarding and wellbeing for all students

Qualifications

• University degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership or a related field is highly desirable.
• Significant teaching experience with a proven track record of delivering strong student outcomes.
• Previous leadership, coordination or middle-management experience within a school environment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, student progress monitoring and school improvement processes.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Ability to analyse academic data and implement effective improvement strategies.
• Outstanding organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and the wellbeing of all students.

Responsibilities
