Generare Bioscience is seeking an engineer to oversee the development and scale-up of molecular biology and microbiology processes. You will drive protocol maturation from proof-of-concept to robust production, and work closely with R&D and Production teams to improve quality, reproducibility and throughput.

The role requires scientific rigour, autonomy, and strong project management with a focus on scalable, transferable workflows in Paris.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in biotechnology, biological engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years in biotech/pharma/industrial R&D.
• Strong rigour, autonomy and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development and scale-up of biological processes from concept to production.
• Transfer protocols to production and train teams.
• Identify bottlenecks, measure performance and optimise processes continuously.
• Structure projects, manage timelines and report progress.
