ArrowBiome is seeking a Process Development Engineer to support in-house laboratory manufacturing across biologically active ingredient processes and particle-based formulations. You will ensure batches are reliable, reproducible and well documented, with a view to scale-up and transfer.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and up to 5 years of lab experience, with emphasis on protein production and formulation science. This is an on-site position at Biopolis, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science field and up to 5 years’ lab experience.
• Experience in protein production or strong foundation in particles, colloids, dispersions or formulation.
• Careful experimental technique with disciplined record-keeping and safe solvent/chemical handling.

Responsabilités

• Run bench: execute laboratory-scale formulation and particle-processing per procedures and safety rules.
• Deliver batches safely and repeatedly, including multi-day experiments with increasing independence.
• Characterise and test: moisture, particle size, microscopy, viscosity and in-process testing.
• Own the lab and safety: maintain equipment, calibration, consumables; manage EHS practices and risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot: resolve routine issues within limits and escalate deviations promptly.
• Maintain batch records, equipment logs and deviation documentation; support batch-record/change-control practices.
• Produce structured, traceable process records for cross-batch comparability.
• Prepare handover: support optimisation and transfer studies and future scale-up and transfer.
