Qualifications

• BS in Aerospace/Mechanical/Systems Engineering, or similar technical discipline; 9+ years of experience.
• 7+ years on satellite programs; experience managing requirement development, analysis, decomposition, and allocation.
• Familiarity with electro-optical system & subsystem functionality, performance, and data.
• Proficiency with DOORS, MS Office and Confluence.
• MBSE tools and data structures, including CAMEO and SysML.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support ESPO in design, development, manufacturing, integration, test, and launch of Electro-Optical satellites for the NRO.
• Provide verification evidence for Enterprise requirements allocated to the program office.
• Lead in managing requirements development, traceability, and verification planning and execution.
• Evaluate system and subsystem designs to ensure compliance to program requirements.
• Assess power, weight, thermal control, and other space vehicle design constraints as the design matures.
• Develop MBSE products (CONOPS, ICDs, Test Plans, Functional Decompositions).
• Assist with acquisition planning, documentation, and ECP evaluations; support source selections.
