Infinite Orbits in Toulouse, France seeks a Satellite Operations Preparation Engineer to coordinate and prepare satellite operations across the mission lifecycle. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and partners to ensure Mission Control Center readiness for launch and operations.

You will plan, validate, and execute operational procedures, SVTs, and LEOP readiness, while supporting end-to-end lifecycle milestones for both space and ground segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in satellite operations, mission operations, and systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of spacecraft operational concepts (LEOP, routine operations, contingency).
• Experience developing or reviewing Flight Control Procedures (FCPs) and ICDs.
• Experience coordinating SVTs and operational readiness activities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee preparation of satellite operations with engineering and operations teams.
• Review and validate Flight Control Procedures (FCPs) and operational timelines for routine and contingency ops.
• Coordinate preparation and execution of Satellite Validation Tests (SVTs) and other readiness activities.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedule for operational products and documentation.
• Support software and hardware design reviews and system lifecycle milestones for satellite and ground segments.
• Assist verification and validation of the operational ground segment.
• Collaborate on Mission Control Center development, software, and operational concepts.
• Support LEOP readiness activities.
• Provide engineering support for routine operations and contingency scenarios.
• Work with project managers, subsystem engineers, operations personnel, and suppliers to ensure readiness.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation.
• Develop training materials and define training qualifications.
