RIDE! is seeking a Launch Mission Manager to oversee end-to-end launch campaigns, from pre-launch analyses to delivery, reporting to the CEO. The role requires strong leadership, customer-facing skills, and experience with launch vehicles or satellite operators.

You will work across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure successful mission delivery. The position involves coordinating with clients, regulatory documentation, and subcontract management, in a high-growth startup

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of industry experience in technical project management for launch contracts.
• Experience with launch vehicles or commercial satellite operators.

Responsabilités

• Manage satellite operators' missions, covering technical, programmatic, and financial milestones.
• Organize mission integration analyses and related deliverables.
• Coordinate and support test activities to meet customer requirements and provider specs.
• Lead payload integration activities, including fit checks and launch vehicle integration.
• Lead customer reviews and ensure contractual deliverables are completed on time.
