Loft is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Customer Delivery to coordinate mission development plans and portfolio offerings across engineering, product, and operations. You will work with CDEs to ensure capabilities and tools meet mission needs and deploy features into operational use.

You will engage with executive stakeholders and customers, driving cross-functional alignment, risk management, and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced space technology environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program, product, or engineering roles.
• 3+ years as an EPM or TPM at a product-driven tech company.
• Experience deploying products into production or operations.
• Experience with external customers and executive stakeholders.
• Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the Mission Development Plan for assigned missions; break work into packages and drive to launch deadlines.
• Manage the Customer Offering Portfolio; identify deltas and drive new capability development.
• Partner with CDEs to ensure capabilities, plans, and tooling are in place.
• Represent operational constraints in product planning and deploy new features into use.
• Drive cross-functional coordination; report progress, risks, and blockers to leadership.
• Engage with customers up to executive level on scope, schedule, and tradeoffs.
• Improve delivery processes and workflows for efficiency and quality.
