Arago is a dynamic consulting group specializing in HR, Payroll and HRIS solutions, with an international presence across Europe and beyond. We are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant specialized in Performance and/or Compensation to join our Paris team.

You will contribute to implementations and rollouts of SuccessFactors modules, lead workshops with HR stakeholders, and design configurations for Performance, Goals and Compensation while ensuring quality and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, HRIS, Information Systems or related field.
• Initial experience on SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Certified SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and/or Compensation is a strong asset.
• Solid knowledge of Talent Management processes, especially performance review cycles, objective management and compensation planning.
• Experience configuring Performance & Goals and/or Compensation.
• Understanding of HR annual cycles (performance review, merit increase, bonus processes).
• Fluent French is mandatory.
• English is required to work with international stakeholders.
• Strong customer orientation and consulting mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Participate in and support SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Design, prototype and configure Performance, Goals and Compensation modules.
• Lead workshops with HR stakeholders, HRBP teams and business managers.
• Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation.
• Organize and execute testing activities, including UAT support.
• Support data validation, deployment and go-live activities.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops.
• Provide post go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to best practices and project methodology within Arago.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities

You will contribute to SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects, mainly on the following modules:

• SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
• SuccessFactors Compensation
• SuccessFactors Variable Pay (nice to have)
