Arago, a consulting group focused on HR transformation, is seeking a Project Manager (SuccessFactors) based in France. You will guide customers through SAP SuccessFactors implementations and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

You will build relationships with clients and stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure delivery quality while aligning with standards. Fluency in French and English is required, with proven 5+ years in project management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in software sciences, management, HR or related field.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Strong leadership, analytical, organizational and communication skills with MS Office proficiency.
Experience with HR tech vendors such as SAP, Workday or SuccessFactors is a plus.
Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

Lead and manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in client organisations.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets.
Define scope and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Build relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders.
Ensure quality and compliance with project standards.
Identify opportunities to position other Arago service offerings.
Coordinate communication and collaboration across matrixed teams.
