Job summary

emagine is seeking a Project Coordinator for a SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will act as the link between project teams, the business and leadership, ensuring change is managed so colleagues adopt new working methods and systems.

You will be part of the PMO and report to the PMO Manager. Key responsibilities include coordinating plans and milestones, facilitating change management activities, tracking decisions and risks, and supporting governance and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Change management experience in large transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP implementations.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, track milestones, dependencies, and status reporting for the S/4HANA implementation.
• Plan and facilitate change management activities, including communication, training, and embedding in the business.
• Follow up on decisions, risks, and actions from steering committees and project meetings.
• Support project leadership with governance, documentation, and delivery control.
• Support local leadership in motivating and ensuring relevant communication within the organization.
• Highlight business resource needs and aid local leadership and project teams in defining and prioritizing tasks.
• Support the facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
