Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to own shaping and delivering complex transformation programs. You will drive from initial scoping through mobilization, planning, Fit-to-Standard, execution, testing, data migration, cutover and stabilization.

Role requires hands-on delivery leadership, mastery of SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard and Agile/SAFe practices, and the ability to establish robust governance and cross-functional collaboration between business and IT

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex transformation projects.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape project roadmap and scope with business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead mobilization and integrated planning across workstreams.
• Establish project governance, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and a consistent delivery methodology.
• Coordinate data migration, testing, cutover and stabilization activities.
• Support proposals, pre-sales, and commercial tracking.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to delivery.
• Facilitate PI Planning, demos and stakeholder governance.
