Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to own delivery across shaping, mobilization, and execution of complex SAP transformation programs. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong governance, and the ability to align business and IT stakeholders through all project phases.

Responsibilities include shaping the roadmap, scoping, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and end-to-end delivery including data migration, cutover, and stabilization, with emphasis on SAP Activate and SAFe

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA) from shaping to stabilization.
• Strong practice in SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard and Agile/SAFe delivery.
• Proven ability to establish delivery methodologies and integrated project plans.

Responsibilities

• Shape SAP S/4HANA project roadmaps and scoping.
• Mobilize teams and manage end-to-end delivery across workstreams.
• Lead governance, risk, issues, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support pre-sales, proposals and commercial tracking.
• Drive backlog management and cross-stream coordination.
• Oversee testing, data migration, cutover, and stabilization.
