Job summary

Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane, France, seeks a Finance & Controlling Systems Specialist (SAP Expert) to bridge business needs and IT solutions. You will lead key projects to optimize Accounting & Controlling processes and provide day-to-day Run support for system stability and improvements.

The role requires strong SAP FI/CO expertise, experience in IT/Finance project management, and excellent communication. Fluent English and French are expected; on-site work in Marignane.

Qualifications

• SAP FI/CO expertise with hands-on experience.
• Experience bridging IT and Finance projects (PMI/Prince2/Agile a plus).
• Solid understanding of core accounting and financial controlling processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration for Run/BAU support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT/Finance project schedules and milestones.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for FI/CO modules.
• Drive testing, deployment planning, defect tracking and go-live coordination.
• Design and deliver training for smooth adoption of new solutions.
• Serve as the key Run contact for live Accounting & Controlling systems.
• Monitor incidents, analyze issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge bases.
