Airbus Helicopters in Marignane, France, seeks a Finance & Controlling Systems Specialist - Project & Run (SAP Expert) to join the Finance Transformation & Systems team. In Build mode, you will lead IT/Finance projects from requirements to go-live, bridging business needs and IT solutions.

In Run mode you ensure BAU stability, analyze incidents, drive continuous improvements, and support high user adoption, leveraging SAP FI/CO expertise and solid financial processes.

Qualifications

• SAP FI/CO hands-on expertise; S/4HANA knowledge is a plus.
• Dual IT/Finance project management experience with Run/BAU exposure.
• Solid understanding of core Accounting and Financial Controlling processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end IT/Finance project schedules; define milestones and reporting.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional/technical specs for FI/CO modules.
• Drive testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Provide training to ensure adoption of new solutions by business teams.
• Serve as the go-to contact for live Accounting & Controlling systems (BAU).
• Monitor and resolve incidents/requests; propose optimizations and enhancements.
• Maintain functional docs and knowledge bases for key users.
