Novo Nordisk A/S in Chartres is seeking a Site Area Responsible Super User (ARSU) to connect shopfloor teams with global SAP EWM governance. You will drive process consistency, system adoption, and continuous improvement across the site.

You will coordinate Super Users, support data exchanges, tests, training, and documentation, while liaising with global SAP EWM networks to ensure operational stability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations within manufacturing or production.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, PAS-X and related process control tools.
• Experience supporting users, delivering training, coordinating stakeholders, or acting as a super user.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Super Users and facilitate collaboration between local and global stakeholders.
• Represent Chartres site in global SAP EWM ARSU forums and ensure effective communication.
• Support operational teams by resolving issues, escalating incidents, and contributing to system improvements.
• Drive end-user training quality, maintain local documentation, and promote adoption of releases and enhancements.
• Monitor SAP EWM performance indicators and support data exchange and testing activities.
