Airbus SAS in Toulouse seeks a Solution Owner / Integration Engineer to join the Digital For Operation department. You will drive End-to-End SAP integration across sites, enforcing Fit-to-Standard while aligning processes with digital tools and senior stakeholders. A Connector mindset and agile leadership are essential.

Fluency in English is mandatory; French or German is a plus. The role emphasizes collaboration between IM and production sites to unlock business value in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• 5+ years in complex, highly regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Defense).
• ERP deployment experience with SAP modules (ideally S/4HANA).
• SAFe/Agile methodologies with strong change management leadership.

Responsabilités

• Translate shop-floor operational needs into End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain and Demand processes within the SAP architecture.
• Enforce the 'Fit-to-Standard' approach and resolve roadblocks between processes and digital tools.
• Structure complex issues into actionable Epics and influence deployment priorities.
• Distill SAP logic into clear, business-driven visuals to secure buy-in from senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between Information Management and production sites to deliver business value.
