Job summary

VO2 Group in Lille, France is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to help develop the brand by delivering high‑value Salesforce projects for our clients. You will collaborate with a Practice Manager or Engagement Manager to shape solutions and ensure successful delivery.

The role requires a BAC+5 and at least two years of Salesforce implementation experience, ideally with one certification. You will lead workshops, configure and test solutions, and support adoption and roadmap work

Qualifications

Master's degree (BAC+5) and at least 2 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
Familiar with Salesforce platform limits; ideally holds at least one Salesforce certification.
Strong customer service orientation, initiative, ability to work in a team, and comprehensive project management vision.
Excellent written and spoken English and French.

Responsibilities

Engage in pre-sales activities and participate in Salesforce project implementations for digital transformation.
Own the solution implementation: scope workshops, requirements gathering, specs, configuration, testing, and post-launch support.
Lead analysis of business needs and define the solution.
Ensure deliverable quality through design responsibility and configuration supervision.
Contribute to platform performance tests and adoption optimization.
Help client develop the Solution Roadmap and plan future iterations.
Master Salesforce process builders and flows to guide development teams.
Propose, defend recommendations.
