Cailabs, Rennes-based innovator in photonics, offers a six-month internship in its Supply Chain team. You will join the S&OP function, work under the Supply Chain Manager, and participate in data consolidation, scenario analyses, and dashboard automation to support decision-making.
You will gain cross-functional exposure, learn planning challenges in a fast-growing tech environment, and help redesign S&OP materials with a stronger financial perspective.
Founded in 2013, Cailabs designs, manufactures, and develops innovative photonic solutions for the space, industry, telecommunications, and defense sectors. A global specialist in laser shaping, the company has accelerated its growth in the space field with turnkey optical ground stations that integrate atmospheric turbulence compensation technology. This makes it one of the first companies to harness very high data rates enabled by optics in a commercial ground station.
Cailabs currently has more than 200 employees, including 41PhDs. With 29 patent families filed, the company is one of the most innovative companies in France. It is headquartered in Rennes, with offices in Paris and Washington (USA).
You will join the Supply Chain team, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
As part of the team, you will contribute to managing the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, a key driver for coordination across the company’s various departments. You will participate in consolidating data and preparing scenarios and analyses to support decision-making. You will also contribute to improving and automating the process and related tools.
This internship will give you a cross-functional view of the company and a strong understanding of planning challenges within an innovative technology environment.
Your main objective will be to redesign and improve the S&OP review materials to meet evolving needs, particularly by integrating a stronger financial perspective. You will also help make updates and preliminary analyses more efficient by automating data processing and formatting, as well as improving the associated tools.
This six-month internship is available during the first half of 2027.
Joining Cailabs also means benefiting from an environment designed to support you in developing new skills throughout your internship
