Job summary

Cailabs in Rennes offers a 3–6 month IT internship within the IT team, supervised by the IT Technician. The role provides hands-on exposure to daily IT support, workstation deployment, and the development of an AI agent for IT support.

You will work within theIT team, under the supervision of Mattéo Chapellier, IT Technician.

The internship project will give you the opportunity to:

• Discover how the IT team is organized and operates
• Contribute to day-to-day IT support and workstation deployment
• Implement a new AI agent for IT support
• Support the team in setting up the systems infrastructure for a new production site

Your objectives will be to:

• Suggest improvements to existing IT support processes
• Propose new approaches to providing user support
• Develop your skills in tools and technologies such as AI
• Assist with systems and network-related topics, working closely with the Systems & Network Administrator
• Suggest relevant solutions and approaches discovered during your studies
• Take part in the IT onboarding and offboarding of employees, working with the IT Technician and using the tools already in place

The internship will last between 3 and 6 months and will take place during 2027.

Profile required

Key skills:

• Student completing aBTS in IT Services for Organizations (SIO) or an equivalent qualification
• General knowledge of systems and networks
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal skills, patience and active listening

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Thoroughness, motivation and autonomy
• Previous experience in helpdesk support or systems administration would be a plus
