BIZLINK INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGY ( INDIA ) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a hands-on Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across key markets. You will lead a diverse team including sales reps and admin staff, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver results.

The role requires a track record in sales management, strong communication, and the ability to develop business opportunities while ensuring high service standards.

• Drive revenue growth and implement the overarching sales strategy across targeted markets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse sales team, including sales representatives, sales administration, and field staff.
• Coordinate operations and act as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders, subsidiaries, the Group, and external partners.
• Execute operational field sales and business development activities.
• Manage and evaluate customer satisfaction to ensure high service and operational standards.
• Sales and Sales Administration Training (A-level to Bachelor’s degree).
• Sales administration and/or in-house sales role in an industrial setting.
• Management of a sales department
• Knowledge of sales management software.
• Experience in customer relations.
• Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Autonomy, initiative, customer service mindset, strong communication skills, team spirit, and a desire to learn.
