Jobtailor is seeking a proactive field-focused professional to deploy store-level promotional action plans and analyze purchasing and sales growth by retail banner and store. You will lead local commercial initiatives, deliver merchandising solutions, and coordinate shelf layout changes through field teams.

You will collaborate with colleagues and provide effective support to the Regional Sales Manager, ensuring alignment with national accounts and rollout of new product ranges across stores.

• You are responsible for deploying store-level promotional action plans
• You analyze purchasing and sales growth by retail banner and by store

• You provide dedicated support to major national accounts
• You deliver merchandising solutions to your stores
• You coordinate the rollout of new product ranges and the reconfiguration of shelf layouts through supplementary field teams
• You work collaboratively with your colleagues and ensure effective communication and support for them and your Regional Sales Manager
