Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Basic English with local language fluency; willingness to learn merchandise and technology.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• High-energy, team-focused mindset and customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to bring out the best in each customer.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist with front and back-of-store tasks.
• Process payments at point of sale and fulfill omni-channel requests.
• Promote the Rewards program and contribute to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
