Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Sales Enablement student to help build and enrich training content, manage the CMS, and support AI-powered workflows for onboarding. You will analyse data to identify skill gaps and track KPIs while contributing to internal communications and event programs in a fast-paced, international team based in Paris.

Your role offers hands-on responsibility from day one, with collaboration across sales and enablement teams, and opportunities to learn about AI applications in a sales

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bac+4/5 at university or business school.
• Experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing or project management is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Create and enrich sales training and certification content (presentations, e-learning) to support sales performance.
• Manage content management system to improve user experience across articles/videos and support AI-powered workflows and LMS tools for onboarding.
• Analyse data to evaluate tools/certifications, identify skill gaps and track KPIs to optimise enablement strategy.
• Contribute to internal communications including newsletters and emails.
• Support internal events and trainings: Sales Kick-Offs, Bootcamps, Webinars.

The Team You\'ll Join

You\'ll be part of our Sales Enablement team with Johanna, Global Sales Enablement Manager. The team consists of 5 people based in France and the United States, working to improve sales performance in a predictable, scalable way through certifications, tools, and content. Together, you\'ll be helping Mirakl\'s sales organisation reach its ambitious growth targets.

Your Impact

• Create and enrich sales training and certification content (presentations, e-learning modules) to support the performance of our sales teams


• Manage our content management system to improve the user experience across articles and videos, and support AI-powered workflows and LMS tools for new hire onboarding


• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate our tools and certifications, identify skill gaps, and track KPIs to optimise our Sales Enablement strategy


• Contribute to internal communications across the sales organisation, including newsletters and emails


• Support the organisation of internal events and training programmes: Sales Kick-Offs, Bootcamps, and Webinars

What You\'ll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a university or business school (Bac+4/5)


• A first experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing, or project management is a plus

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights


• Creative and autonomous, with solid project management skills and the ability to handle complex situations


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-functional teams


• Genuine interest in AI and its applications in a sales environment
