Mirakl is seeking a Sales Enablement intern to help build training content and certify resources for our global sales teams. You will manage content, support onboarding with AI-powered workflows, and analyze data to drive improvements across certifications and tools.

You’ll join a fast-paced, international team based in Paris, with exposure to cross-functional projects and real responsibilities from day one.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university or business school (Bac+4/5).
• First experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing, or project management is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Autonomous in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Create and enrich sales training content (presentations, e-learning) to support sales performance.
• Manage content management system and AI-powered workflows for onboarding.
• Analyze data to evaluate tools, identify skill gaps, and track KPIs.
• Contribute to internal communications across the sales org (newsletters, emails).
• Organize internal events and training programmes (Kick-Offs, Bootcamps, Webinars).

The Team You'll Join

You’ll be part of our Sales Enablement team with Johanna, Global Sales Enablement Manager. The team consists of 5 people based in France and the United States, working to improve sales performance in a predictable, scalable way through certifications, tools, and content. Together, you'll be helping Mirakl's sales organisation reach its ambitious growth targets.

Your Impact

• Create and enrich sales training and certification content (presentations, e-learning modules) to support the performance of our sales teams
• Manage our content management system to improve the user experience across articles and videos, and support AI-powered workflows and LMS tools for new hire onboarding
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate our tools and certifications, identify skill gaps, and track KPIs to optimise our Sales Enablement strategy
• Contribute to internal communications across the sales organisation, including newsletters and emails
• Support the organisation of internal events and training programmes: Sales Kick-Offs, Bootcamps, and Webinars

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a university or business school (Bac+4/5)
• A first experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing, or project management is a plus

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Creative and autonomous, with solid project management skills and the ability to handle complex situations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-functional teams
• Genuine interest in AI and its applications in a sales environment
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn and challenge yourself
