Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Associate in Paris to create personalized shopping experiences that build brand loyalty. You greet customers, share product knowledge, and communicate sustainability commitments while maintaining brand standards.

You will operate the cash register, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and presented according to Visual Merchandising guidelines. A positive, collaborative attitude is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
High School Diploma.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and respond to questions.
Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available for customers.
Merchandise products per Visual Merchandising standards and maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area.
Support safety policies and report theft in accordance with company guidelines.
