Job summary

Deckers Brands is hiring a Sales Associate to create personalized shopping experiences, share product knowledge, and promote the brand’s sustainability initiatives. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help with purchases while maintaining brand standards.

You will support store operations, stock management, and merchandise presentation, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers and contributing to team success in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and respond to questions.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise products according to Visual Merchandising standards and keep back-stock area organized.
• Follow safety protocols and report theft per company policies.
• Be punctual and communicate with the Store Manager about availability.
