Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our stores. You will listen to customers, provide product recommendations with current knowledge, and communicate our sustainability initiatives and brand commitments.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team to meet business goals and uphold our dress code and store standards. You will manage cash, verify inventory, stock shelves, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for both in-store and phone

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and address questions.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and break area.
• Follow safety policies and report theft as required.
• Report to the Store Manager and communicate attendance commitments.
